Pickup Questions

  • The address is 1280 Sherman St Unit #200, Denver, CO 80203. Go through the door to the right of City O’ City’s patio and up the stairs. I’m the first door on the left. 💙

  • You can come to any of the pickup windows the week you order regardless of which time you selected. ✨

  • If you don’t pick up and I don’t hear from you before the following Monday, I will cancel your order and you will forfeit your ice cream.

  • No. Please don’t place an order unless you truly intend to pick it up. It takes the opportunity away from a fellow saddie and refunds hurt my small business and my feelings. 😭

  • Sadboy is not a scoop shop so my "hours" are a little different. The hours shown on Google are the pick up windows when you can pick up your order.

Other Questions

  • I drop new flavors every Monday at 10am. ✌🏻 I usually have a mixture of past favorites and new flavors available, but it will be different each week.

  • Yes. Sometimes I might have extra pints that you can buy if you stop by during pickup, but there’s no guarantee.

  • Even dairy-free and vegan Sadboys need ice cream. 🍦 I don’t always have these options available, but I try to rotate them in with some frequency.

  • Please don’t. Even if the flavor doesn’t contain the allergen, it is made in the same kitchen with the same equipment as flavors that do, so cross-contamination is a possibility 🥺
