What if I’m not able to pick up my ice cream during the pick up window I selected?

No worries. You can come to any of the pick up windows that week, regardless of which one you selected. If you are not able to make it to any of them, email me at sadboycreamery@gmail.com, text me at (720) 663-1895, or message me on Instagram to let me know (preferably beforehand) and I will hold your ice cream for you until you can make it to a future pick up. If you don’t pick up and I don’t hear from you before the following Monday, I will cancel your order and you will forfeit your ice cream.

If I miss pick up can I get a refund?

Probably not. Please don’t place an order unless you truly intend to pick it up. It takes the opportunity away from a fellow saddie and refunds hurt my small business and my feelings.

Do you offer dairy-free/vegan flavors?

Not right now.

Should I eat Sadboy ice cream if I have a milk, nut, wheat, or soy allergy?

Please don’t. Even if the flavor doesn’t contain the allergen, it is made in the same kitchen and with the same equipment as flavors that do and cross-contamination is a possibility.
